Application and Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee a performance slot. Applications will be reviewed based on suitability, available space, scheduling, and technical requirements. Selected performers will receive written confirmation from the event organizer.

Performance Schedule

Performance segments are generally 30 minutes. Your assigned time, performance length, arrival time, and setup instructions will be confirmed before the event. Please arrive as instructed and keep your performance within the allotted time. Schedule changes require organizer approval.

Family Friendly Performances

The Bazaar welcomes an audience of all ages. Lyrics, costumes, choreography, and spoken content must be appropriate for a family audience. Holiday performances are welcome but not required. Performers must treat attendees and other participants respectfully and follow event staff instructions.

Sound and Equipment

Sound support and available equipment will be coordinated before the event. Applicants must identify microphone needs, instruments, backing tracks, and other technical requirements. Special equipment and power requirements require advance approval. Performers should provide requested music files and bring a backup copy.

Outdoor Setting and Safety

This is an outdoor event. Performers should prepare for weather conditions and follow instructions for safe setup and use of the performance area. Flames, pyrotechnics, hazardous materials, and dangerous stunts are not permitted without express advance approval and any necessary permits. Performances may be paused, adjusted, or canceled when conditions are unsafe.

Youth Participants

Performers under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Youth groups must provide responsible adult supervision throughout arrival, participation, and departure. Event staff do not provide childcare or assume supervision of youth performers.

Compensation and Expenses

Submitting an application does not establish an agreement for payment, a donation, or reimbursement. Any financial arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing. Performers are responsible for their own expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Promotional Photos and Materials

Please submit only photos, biographies, logos, and other materials that you own or have permission to share for event promotion. By submitting promotional materials, you authorize From Boys To Men, Inc. to use them for Jingle Bell Bazaar at Ybor publicity, including the event website, social media, flyers, and event recaps.  You retain ownership of your materials. Images may be resized or cropped without materially misrepresenting your act. Obtain permission from people pictured, including parent or guardian permission for minors. Do not upload confidential documents.

Event Photography and Video

Photography and video recording may occur during the event. Notify the organizer before participation of any restrictions involving your performers. Permission for promotional use of identifiable performers, including minors, must be obtained from the appropriate individuals or parents or guardians. A group representative’s agreement does not replace those individual permissions.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to withdraw, notify info@jinglebellbazaar.com as soon as possible. The organizer may adjust the schedule or lineup because of weather, safety, venue requirements, or other operational needs. Any separate written financial agreement governs the effect of cancellation on payment.

Application Information

Your contact information will be used to review your application and coordinate participation. Contact details will not be included in public performer listings without permission. Material changes to these terms will be shared with accepted performers for acknowledgment.
