Rules and Requirements
Red Velvet Cake Bake-Off Contest
​
*Contestant must be a paid vendor at Jingle Bell Bazaar at Ybor.
* Cakes must be HOMEMADE.
* Cake must be fully baked and ready to serve.
* Contestants will supply all ingredients, equipment, and disposable presentation plates.
* Entry includes one slice of cake per judge (3) on a disposable plate for judging.
* Cake will be judged on 25% appearance, 25% texture, and 50% flavor.
* Contestants must be present during judging.
* Judges decisions are final.

* Entry Application deadline is midnight, December 9, 2023.

* *I agree, by submission of the application, consent to and permit photographs of themselves and their products to be used for advertisement purposes, and in any medium, including print and electronic, forever and without limitation.
