2026 Jingle Bell Bazaar Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 8th Annual Jingle Bell Bazaar. Please review the following policy before registering.

By submitting your vendor registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

Registration & Payment

Booth fees are due in full at the time of registration.
A vendor's booth reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Registration fees are non-transferable and may not be applied to another vendor or future event.

Vendor Cancellations

Vendor booth fees are non-refundable.
Vendors who cancel their participation for any reason are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Booth spaces may not be transferred or resold without written approval from Jingle Bell Bazaar.

Application Declined

Jingle Bell Bazaar reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor application.

If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund of any booth fees paid.

Jingle Bell Bazaar is a rain or shine event.

If the event is canceled, postponed, shortened, or modified due to circumstances beyond the control of Jingle Bell Bazaar, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government orders
Public safety concerns
Utility outages
Acts of God
Other unforeseen emergencies

Vendor booth fees will not be refunded.

Event Cancellation

Vendor No-Show

Vendors who fail to check in during the designated check-in period without prior approval from event management will be considered a No-Show.

No refunds or credits will be issued for vendors who do not attend the event.

Early Departure

To provide the best experience for attendees, vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event.

Vendors who pack up or leave before the official closing time without approval from event management may not be invited to participate in future Jingle Bell Bazaar events.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

Your vendor application is declined by Jingle Bell Bazaar.
Jingle Bell Bazaar determines that a refund is appropriate due to an administrative error.

Right to Refuse or Remove Vendors

Jingle Bell Bazaar reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor application and to remove any vendor from the event whose products, conduct, or booth presentation are determined to be inconsistent with the event or in violation of these rules. Vendors removed for violations will not receive a refund.

Vendor Agreement

By submitting your registration, you certify that:

You have read and understand these Vendor Rules & Regulations.
You agree to comply with all event policies and instructions.
You understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
You understand that submission of a registration does not guarantee a specific booth location.
