2026 Jingle Bell Bazaar Vendor Requirements & What to Bring

We're excited to have you join us for the 8th Annual Jingle Bell Bazaar at Centennial Park in Historic Ybor City! To help ensure a safe, organized, and successful event, please review the following vendor requirements and recommended items to bring.

Vendor Requirements

Booth Requirements

Every vendor must provide:

  • A 10' × 10' canopy tent (unless otherwise approved)

  • Tent weights (minimum 40 pounds on each tent leg)

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Table coverings

  • Product displays and shelving

  • Business signage

  • Clearly marked pricing for merchandise

  • Cash, change, or an electronic payment system

Electricity

If you requested electricity, please bring:

  • Outdoor-rated extension cords (100 feet recommended)

  • Power strips (if needed)

  • Surge protectors (recommended)

  • Please Note: Electricity is available in designated areas of the park; however, access cannot be guaranteed for every booth.

Food Vendors

All food vendors are responsible for complying with applicable City of Tampa Fire Rescue, health, and licensing requirements and are subject to inspection before and during the event.

Food Vendors Cooking Inside the Park (Tent Vendors)

Food vendors preparing or cooking food inside the park (excluding food trucks) must:

  • Provide a heavy-duty tarp that completely covers the entire floor area of their booth to protect the park surface.

  • Have a current 2A-10BC tagged and serviced fire extinguisher if cooking or using any heat source.

  • Have a current Class K tagged and serviced fire extinguisher if cooking produces grease-laden vapors.

  • Secure all propane tanks to prevent tipping.

  • Keep propane tanks at least 5 feet from any heat source or tent.

  • Do not exchange propane tanks during the event.

  • Provide documentation showing their cooking tent meets NFPA 701 flame-resistant requirements.

  • If using charcoal or wood, provide an approved water source or the required water fire extinguishers.

  • Comply with all City of Tampa Fire Rescue inspection requirements.

Food Truck Vendors

Food truck vendors must:

  • Maintain all required licenses and certifications required by the City of Tampa and the State of Florida.

  • Have a commercial hood and fire suppression system if cooking.

  • Have a current 2A-10BC tagged and serviced fire extinguisher if cooking or using a heat source.

  • Have a current Class K tagged and serviced fire extinguisher if cooking produces grease-laden vapors.

  • Ensure LP gas systems are currently certified, when applicable.

  • Be prepared for inspection by the City of Tampa Fire Marshal.

  • Park a minimum of 10 feet from other food trucks.

Setup Information

  • Vendor unloading instructions and booth assignments will be emailed approximately two days before the event.

  • Vendors should arrive during their assigned check-in time.

  • All booths must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.

  • Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas immediately after unloading.

During the Event

Vendors are expected to:

  • Keep their booth staffed during the entire event.

  • Sell only the products approved in their registration.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive booth.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

  • Follow directions from Jingle Bell Bazaar staff, volunteers, and City officials.

Booth Breakdown

  • Booth breakdown may begin only after the event officially closes at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise approved by event management.

  • Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, displays, equipment, boxes, and trash.

  • Booth spaces must be left clean and free of debris.

What to Bring

To help you have a successful event, we recommend bringing the following items:

Booth Essentials

  • 10' × 10' canopy tent

  • Tent weights (40 lbs. per leg)

  • Tablecloths

  • Product displays

  • Business cards

  • Price signs

  • Cash box or electronic payment device

Electrical Supplies (If Needed)

  • Outdoor-rated extension cords

  • Power strips

  • Surge protector

Comfort Items

  • Drinking water

  • Sunscreen

  • Battery-powered fan

  • Jacket or sweater for cooler temperatures

  • Rain gear (just in case)

Helpful Supplies

  • Zip ties

  • Duct tape

  • Scissors

  • Small toolbox

  • Extra batteries

  • Phone charger or portable battery pack

  • Cleaning wipes

  • Paper towels

  • Trash bags

Weather Reminder

Jingle Bell Bazaar is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.

Please come prepared for changing weather conditions, including sunshine, wind, rain, and cooler temperatures.
