VENDOR INFORMATION

What to Bring

Bring a tent, table, and chairs for your vendor booth.
Bring a pulley cart of some sort to move your products from the car to your vendor spot inside the park. The only way into the park is by walking.
*ALL tents must have a 40lbs weights for each tent leg.
*ALL vendor spaces are 10x10 spaces, unless you paid for a larger size.
*Vendor Spots (1-21, and 43) do not require tents. These spots are under a covered pavilion.
ALL food vendors, including dessert and beverage vendors, operating inside the park must have a tarp covering the entire tent floor.
Any spills that soil the grounds will result in fines being assessed and/or the vendor removed from the event.
*FOOD TRUCKS: Have your food license and insurance coverage always present.
*FOOD TRUCKS: Always have a fire extinguisher present.

Over the years we have found the following to be very helpful:

Standing and warmly greet attendees as they approach your vendor station – it’s a great way to connect!
Create a fun and festive setup to attract attention (Get creative, it’s Christmas time!)
Offer samples of your products to engage attendees and showcase what you offer.
Include FREE giveaways to leave a lasting impression.
Provide live demonstrations of your product to highlight its features and benefits.
Dress in holiday attire or costumes to add to the festive atmosphere.
Share your experience on social media! Post pictures or go live to build excitement and encourage attendees to join the fun.
