Vendor Fees - $105.00

Food Trucks/Food Entrée Vendors - $225.00

Vendor spots are 10’ x 10’.  Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, 40-lb weights for each tent leg, table coverings, chairs and electrical extension cords (if needed).


 Set-up begins at 9 a.m. with all Vendors setup no later than 11:30 a.m.  Breakdown begins at 6:00 p.m. with all Vendors out of the park by 8:00 p.m.




  • Event occurs rain or shine.  Please be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.

  • No Refunds.  All vendor payments are final.

  • Loading/Unloading information will be provided two days before event.

  • All Vendors must be setup by 11:30 a.m. and remain setup until 6:00 p.m.

  • Electricity is available throughout the park; however, all vending spot may not have access to electrical outlets. Vendors must supply their own electrical extension cords (100 ft recommended).

  • All Tents (each leg) must be weighted down with 40 lb weights.

  • All tents must be 2 feet apart.  Tampa Fire & Rescue Inspectors will strictly enforce this City of Tampa code.

  • Food vending inside the park (Food Trucks exempt), grounds must be covered with plywood to avoid/spillage/grease stains.  City of Tampa will shut down all vendors without plywood coverage.

  • Food Vendors Fees are applicable to all Vendors selling meals/entrees (Desserts and other food items pay only the retail fee). 

  • Food Vendors (Entrée- meals) must have appropriate food license and insurance coverage with them during the event.

  • Food Vendors cooking on-site are responsible for discarding used oil, trash, and leftover food. Food Vendors cooking with fire must always possess a fire extinguisher. 

  • All Vendors are responsible for the sale, distribution, and protection of their products during the event.  There is no guarantee of product sales.

  • All Vendor booths must always be staffed during Bazaar hours.

  • All Vendors agree to sell only the items listed on this contract.

  • All Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their booth area after tear down.

  • Boutique owners will have up to 15 minutes to showcase their fashions on the runway during the Bazaar.  Boutique owners will provide their own models and announcers for the fashion showcase. 

  • This is a family fun-filled event, please refrain from offensive language or behavior inappropriate for children.

*By submitting this application, I acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to abide by all rules and holding harmless, From Boys 2 Men, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships or joint ventures, officers, directors, members, agents and employees collectively and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

I, hereby release all claims for damages to From Boys 2 Men, Inc. for personal liability with respect to this event.
